TPC's Thermo-Trex High Temperature Silica Tape is designed using 96% SiO2 Silica fiber with a continuous temperature rating of 1800°F (982°C).  It has a maximum short term of 3000°F (1650°C).  Flame Resistance, Abrasion and cut resistance, Adhesive backing, Self-sealing decompresses when heated.
