Principal Accountabilities
- Maintains close contact with end users. (Relationships)
- Develops goals for each customer and TPC product family.
- Meet established objectives and goals.

- Maintain sales targets by customer and product families.
- New customer development.
- Time and territory management.
- Continuous education features and benefits. (Product knowledge)
Skills, Know How and Experience
- Four year degree in business or marketing
- Three to Five years experience in selling/sales.
- Communication skills at the plant level and with Corporate Purchasing.
- Product Knowledge.
- Inventory Knowledge.
- Planning goals and customer development.
- Computer skills.
