Principal Accountabilities
- Meet and exceed sales objectives.

- Communicate management decisions to sales force.
- Role out and implement division initiatives.
Key Chanllenges
- Promote new customer development.
- Extensive product knowledge, sales and training.
Skills, Know How and Experience
- Four year degree in Business management preferred
- Ten years experience in industrial sales.
- People management skills and knowledge.
- Communication skills with both sales levels and upper management.
