Military Connectors

We experienced some failures with some of our armored cable runs and decided to give TPC’s 6/4 Super-Trex® a trial run and now we have installed close to 4,000 feet of this cable while experiencing zero failures.

MIL-C-5015

With nearly 40 years of experience building high-performance cable assemblies for a variety of industries, TPC’s engineering expertise combined with an in-house assembly shop allows us to serve customers with high-grade assemblies built to outlast commodity products in particularly harsh applications and abusive environments. The result? Quality cable assemblies that reduce downtime and overall cost.

Mil-5015

This page introduces you to our offering on circular connectors manufactured to MIL-C-5015 standards. Originally developed by the armed services for use in severe aeronautical and tactical service applications, military connectors are short in length and feature a low-profile design. TPC’s version also offers a back shell designed to increase the life span of the cable. TPC military connector assemblies are an ideal choice for harsh automotive, metal, wood, food & beverage, marine, and other industrial applications where a rugged, threaded connector is required. The combination of TPC’s high-performance cable, the proven reliability of the MIL-C-5015 connector, and the flex/strain relief of our back shell makes for an unbeatable system.

Military ConnectorWith more than 180 contact layouts available ranging from 1 to 65 positions and up to 150 amps per contact, and with layouts allowing for the mixing of power and signal contacts, power only, or signal only, the assembly options are many. Contact sizes offered also ranges from size 20 AWG up to 1/0.
