Self-Regulating Heat Trace Assembly

Self-Regulating Heat Trace Assembly is designed for freeze protection down to -40°F (-40°C) of metal pipes, plastic pipes and valves and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It consists of a self-regulating heating cable, power cord and a National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) connection.

Our plug-and-play heat trace assembly will automatically adjust the heat output based on the surface and ambient temperature and installing our heat trace assembly is simple. First secure the assembly to the pipe or valve with adhesive tape, cover with *insulation and then plug it in.

Plug into a 15A, 20A or 30A outlet and eliminate the need for hardwiring.

Custom Lengths

Choose the exact length required for the application. The end will be sealed off with mold material to prevent the ingress of moisture.
