Thermo-Trex® Fiberglass Ultra-Sleeve-High Temperature Sleeving

Fiberglass Ultra-Sleeve High-Temperature Sleeving is a protective sleeve that is ideal for those areas where your cable runs through a particularly harsh environment of flash heat or flame, chemical or mechanical abuse. The Fiberglass Ultra-Sleeve offers great heat resistance up to 538°C. Available in inner diameters from ¼” to 2-1/2” to fit cable ranges from 1/8” to 4”.

Features

Finely Stranded Spun Glass Fibers

Fibers Finer strands mean more flexibility. Higher density of fibers per square inch increases the protection of the cable.

Extra Thick Braid

Braided E-glass fiber yarn, heat treated and coated with acrylic saturant for superior high temperature resistance.

High Temperature Properties

Suitable for continuous use at 538°C and intermittent use up to 650°C. Offers superior protection for cables, assemblies, hoses, and pipes.

Available in Multiple Diameters

Can expand and contract by approximately 25% of its nominal size to allow for selection of the right size sleeve for the application.
