    Extension Cord Assemblies

Our weld lead and power lead cables are subject to extreme conditions. They lie in oils, solvents, soaps, and are subject to being run over by forklifts and other machinery. Previous to TPC, we changed out cable two to three times per year on each of our eight welding machines. Some of our machines have been equipped with TPC cable for three full years!

    Thermostatically Controlled Heat Trace Assembly

TPC's Thermostatically Controlled Heat Trace Assembly is specifically designed for the de-icing of frozen pipes and valves. Our flexible silicone heating tape can be wrapped around pipes as small as 0.25" O.D. The adjustable thermostat makes it easy to dial in the temperature you need up to 425°F.

    Ratings/Characteristics

    • CE 73/23/EEC EN 60519-1, 2
    • 120 VAC
    • Temperature Rated to 450°F

    Features

    • FLEXIBLE SILICONE HEATING TAPE — Can be wrapped around pipes as small as 1/4" O.D. Silicone rubber outer layer is resistant to moisture and chemicals. Multi-stranded nickel chromium resistance wire provides greater flexibility for easier installation, removal and kink resistance. Braided tape element offers more resistance to stretching, fatigue and breakage. Suitable for electrically conductive surfaces.

    • RUGGED STRAIN RELIEF/SEALED DESIGN — Moisture and chemical resistant sealed construction. Both the tape and the power cord are well-secured inside the rubber, moisture resistant control box.

    • ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT — Dial in the temperature you need up to 425°F.

    • PLUG & PLAY DESIGN — Eliminates the need for hard wiring.
