Quick-Connex™ 18 AWG M12 DC Micro High Temperature Silicone Cordsets make the replacement of electrical and electronic control devices quick and easy. Plug sets are made with Thermo-Trex® 600-Plus High Temperature 200°C Silicone Cable, offering excellent resistance to moisture, oils, lubricants and industrial chemicals. The fine stranding provides all-weather flexibility in dynamic applications and longer conductor life.

The molded and keyed high temperature cord set provides rapid and secure connect and disconnect and ensures a water, oil and dust tight seal.

PLUG SETS ARE MADE WITH THERMO-TREX 600-PLUS SILICONE CABLE

PLUG BODY IS SPECIALLY COMPOUNDED HIGH HEAT RESISTANT ELASTOMER

Provides long life and 200°C heat resistance and protection against oils and lubricants.

COPPER ALLOY CONTACT PINS ARE NICKEL COATED AND GOLD PLATED

Provide long life, resists corrosion with easy positive engagement, ensuring electrical integrity.

STAINLESS STEEL COUPLING NUT

Resists corrosion and ensures a quick, secure connection in the toughest environments and high vibration applications.

SILICONE INTERFACE SEALING O-RING

Seals out moisture, oils and other contaminants, providing a positive seal on mated components.

COMPLETELY MOLDED DESIGN

Eliminates bonding agents between cable jacket and connector and ensures a water, oil and dust tight seal that will not break down under repeated flexing.
