    Cable Sleeving

    High-Temperature Sleeving

High-temperature sleeving from TPC Wire & Cable Corp. provides long-term durability in the harshest industrial environments for your cables. Our high-temperature sleeving is made up of an ultra-heavy grade fiberglass base fabric and coated with a heavy layer of specially compounded silicone rubber to resist extreme temperatures. With each heat-resistant sleeve we produce, you can expect your cables to have a longer life in high-heat if they are regularly exposed to molten splash. Additionally, our high-temperature sleeving is rated for temperatures up to 2,600°F.

A heat-resistant sleeve from TPC Wire & Cable protects from water, grease and hydraulic oils and sheds heat almost instantly, making it perfect for cable covers, cable tray protection, welding cable protection, protection from abrasion, and hose protection. Use our high-temperature sleeving in your primary metals operation, refinery, blast furnace, casting furnace, electric arc furnace, robotic weld cell, utility power station, plastic molding plant, fire protection equipment or in the food or auto industries.

Installation Tip: To secure any TPC Ultra-Sleeve in an intended application, it helps to use a stainless steel wire tie or hose clamp. This minimizes any fraying and prevents the sleeve from freely moving.

Our high-temperature wire sleeve features a Nomex hook and loop closure system, allowing for easy access to cables for inspection or maintenance. This hook and loop closure system will withstand continuous temperatures up to 176°C (350°F).

Custom lengths and widths are available upon request.
