Thermo-Trex® Heavy-Duty Blue Silicone Fiberglass High Temp Ultra-Sleeve

Heavy-Duty Blue Silicone Fiberglass Ultra-Sleeve High Temperature Sleeving is a protective sleeve constructed of heavy E-glass continuous yarn with an increased 30% wall thickness for extreme high heat environments. Ideal for protecting cables, hoses and pipes from flash heat or flame, chemical or mechanical abuse. This Ultra-Sleeve offers heat resistance up to 260°C and excellent protection against moisture and chemicals. Also available with Hook and Loop closure for easy installation.

Extra Thick Silicone Rubber Outer Sleeve

Provides a first line of defense against heat, flame, molten metal splash, abrasion, and chemicals.

High Temperature Properties

Suitable for continuous use at 260°C and intermittent use up to 1093°C. Offers superior protection for cables, assemblies, hoses, and pipes.

Available in Multiple Diameters

Allows for selection of the right size sleeve for the application. Protects most cable & hose sizes.

Suitable for Indoor and Outdoor Use

Resistant to most fluids including petroleum-based chemicals.

Available With & Without Closure

“It is a dream to work with this cable. I cannot believe how flexible the cable is! It is a joy not to fight this cable and force it to hold down with zip ties, it really does what you say it does. I was looking for a durable cable that was flexible enough to make tight turns in a confined area and not stress the cable shield. I found it at TPC."
