Thermo-Trex® 500-Plus Silicone Cable is designed with a tear resistant silicone jacket and rated at a conductor temperature of 200°C (392°F). It is an ideal choice for applications exposed to high temperatures, UV light and mechanical abuse. This is a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) product.

FINELY STRANDED TINNED COPPER CONDUCTORS — Finely stranded tinned copper conductors improve flexibility and extends conductor life.
SILICONE INSULATION ON INDIVIDUAL CONDUCTORS — Silicone based elastomer insulation on individual conductors offers superior resistance to oil and abrasion. This insulation is extremely flexible and offers low smoke density and is halogen free.
TEAR RESISTANT SILICONE JACKET — The tear-resistant silicone jacket provides excellent protection against abrasion, mechanical abuse and is resistant to oils. It offers outstanding resistance to high temperatures, and remains flexible down to -40°C. The jacket material is low smoke/halogen-free.
