Trex-Onics® High Flex CC-Link Cable

Trex-Onics® CC-Link Cable is an industrial fieldbus cable suitable for use on Control and Communications Link (CC-Link) controllers where a more robust cable is required. It is designed specifically for applications where continuous flexing or motion control exists.

This cable features a foil-shielded triplet and 2 power conductors, all bundled within a heavy-duty tinned copper overall braid shield. This build provides excellent protection from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. The flexible cable’s PUR jacketing shows superior resistance against abrasion, tearing, oil, UV, and most chemicals.

Fine stranding improves flex-life and reduces conductor fatigue and breakage.

XLPE Insulation System: CC-Link Triplet

High dielectric, tensile, and mechanical properties. Designed to support the electrical characteristics required for CC-Link cabling.

Aluminum/Polyester Foil Shielded Triplet

Provides 100% protection against EM and RF interference.

Overall Tinned Copper Braid Shield

Provides 100% protection against EM and RF interference and a low impedance path to ground.

Specially Compounded Security Yellow TPU Jacket

Offers superior first-line defense against tearing, abrasion, impact, oil, ozone, UV exposure, and most chemicals. Flame and heat resistant. Extreme all-weather flexibility.
