INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
TPC is headquartered in the United States and, as a result, the information you provide to us may reside on servers or workstations located the United States. You understand
and consent that information you provide may be transferred to the United States. You also understand that the data protection laws in the United States may be different from those of the country where you reside. When we transfer personal information to the United States, we will implement appropriate and suitable safeguards to protect such information as may be required by applicable data protection laws.
