Macedonia, Ohio – February 18, 2021 - TPC Wire & Cable (TPC), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Integrated Cable Systems, Inc. (ICS), an ISO 9001 certified supplier of custom cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies and industrial panels. Based in Longmont, Colorado, ICS’s solutions are widely used in medical, test and measurement and other highly sophisticated markets where quality and precision are critical. TPC recently formed its Engineered Products Division to expand its coverage of high-reliability end markets like military, aerospace, medical equipment, and others. The partnership with ICS enhances TPC’s solutions offering to these end-markets by expanding its portfolio of specialized wire and cable solutions for high-reliability applications.

(TPC), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Cicoil LLC., a leading manufacturer and distributor of flat cable and flat and round cable assemblies.  Based in Valencia, California, Cicoil’s technology is widely used in mission critical applications within industries such as Mil-Aero, Semiconductor and Medical. This acquisition allows TPC to expand its market reach and strengthen its portfolio of specialized wire and cable solutions to sophisticated, high cost-of-failure environments.   

Macedonia, Ohio – September 30, 2019 - TPC Wire & Cable Corp. (TPC) announced today that it has completed the purchase of Pittsburgh Wire and Cable (PWC), Inc. located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  PWC is a value-add stocking distributor of high end electrical solutions for the Video Inspection, Mining and Rail industries. This acquisition allows TPC to further penetrate new end user markets and expand on its current portfolio of high-performance wire and cable solutions.
