Macedonia, Ohio – August 24, 2020 - TPC Wire & Cable (TPC) announced today that it has added to its HY-TREX® cable line with a complete offering of industrial network cables as part of a comprehensive portfolio to support its OEM customer base. The HY-TREX® brand was introduced last fall by the company to provide proven, consistent cable performance critical to its automation integrator and original equipment manufacturer customer base.
The new products include HY-TREX® High-Flex Horizontal CAT6A Ethernet, CAT5E Profinet, Profibus DP shielded cables all holding a 600V rating; Thick and Thin DeviceNet® system cables, and RS-485 communication cables all holding a 300V rating. Using ASTM standards, Tray Cable rated (TC-ER) specifications and UL recognition, every HY-TREX® cable is designed to spec and goes through a vigorous multi-level inspection process. TPC keeps a deep inventory with a full range of options in stock to satisfy custom cuts and immediate shipment.
In making the announcement, OEM Sales Director Tom Senkevich said, “We developed HY-TREX® industrial Ethernet and fieldbus cable products to provide a high value and reliable solution for our diverse automation customer base.
