Además, el taller ha mejorado sus capacidades de prueba automatizada con equipos que incluyen una impresora SLA (resina) de última generación de Formlabs, una máquina de corte y pelado Schleuniger, herramientas de engaste y tecnología de sobremoldeo. Con la ayuda del sistema de programación Kaban para fabricación ajustada, la expansión aumentará la eficiencia del flujo de trabajo y la capacidad de producción, y disminuirá los tiempos de producción y de entrega.

Macedonia, Ohio – March 25, 2024- Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable (ATPC) is pleased to announce the expansion of our Custom Cable Assembly and Solution Center by 60% with new climate-controlled and environmentally rated space. In addition, the shop has upgraded its automated testing capabilities with equipment, including a cutting-edge SLA (resin) printer by Formlabs, a Schleuniger Cut & Strip machine, crimping tools, and over-molding technology. With the help of the Kaban scheduling system for lean manufacturing, the expansion will increase workflow efficiency, and production capacity and decrease production and lead times.  

Macedonia, Ohio –March 7, 2024- Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable (ATPC) is pleased to announce the addition of Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Probe Assemblies to its line of Cable  Assemblies. Built with Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable’s high-performance cables, a sealed RTD probe can be fully customized with different connector offerings and materials to fit the customer’s specific application requirements. It is designed to endure harsh industrial conditions, including abrasion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures ranging from -260°C to 860°C.
